Drawing upon a career as a leader and consultant, he is able to work with clients on personal and professional development, relationship optimization and team, and leader dynamics.

    Kevin is an International Coach Federation-certified executive coach who serves as a strategic advisor, mentor, and facilitator to executive leadership teams and private clients to achieve peak performance and agility resulting in sustained engagement and value. He provides expert guidance and consulting to leaders of companies at all stages of maturity and across any industry.

    Kevin’s professional career has included roles in healthcare, consulting, and coaching, with significant strategic and operational expertise. He has directly managed, mentored, and coached professionals at all career stages. As the Executive Consultant to the Chief of Staff for Human Resources at the national health plan Kaiser Permanente, Kevin helped to drive the transformation effort for a $500M systems integration and lifecycle change process. As the Director of the PMO for Future State, Inc., a successful boutique b-corp consulting firm, he delivered a coaching facilitation program for the C-suite and senior leadership team to drive strategic planning and operational effectiveness within the first 120 days. As Director of Digital Operations for Kaiser Permanente, he drove digital thought leadership and strategy development and championed partner business priorities to ensure strategic alignment and value realization. Earlier in his career, Kevin served as a consultant with The Lewin Group, the premier health policy analysis and consulting firm in the nation.

    Kevin is married and is the proud father of a precocious teenage daughter. He resides in Alameda, California. When not working, Kevin enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling the world, photography, listening to live music, and volunteering in his community.
