  • She started in an entry-level position in the human resources field. She worked her way up learning skills and strategic HR planning by developing policies, leading performance management efforts, helping management build stronger teams, understanding the intricacies of payroll and benefits, and becoming the trusted source in the company. She has worked in the private sector, non-profit, public sector, and in a start-up environment using her skills and expertise to tailor HR for the culture and needs of the business.

    She has a passion for how people relate to one another and how those relationships build a strong culture that boasts of engaged employees leading to business optimization. She has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University-Global Campus. Stacey is an active mentor to other HR professionals, as well as those starting their careers, participates regularly in networking events and keeps abreast of human resources changes by attending webinars and maintaining membership in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
